1. Definitions

  • Site: baby-yourway.com

  • Products/Services: Items and services available for purchase on the Site.

  • Seller: YOURWAY, operated by MERLINEJOSEPHLTD.

  • Customer: Any individual or business purchasing Products/Services.

  • Consumer: A natural person purchasing for personal, non-professional purposes.


2. Orders

  • All orders are confirmed via the Site and completed once payment is processed.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.

  • The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or errors.


3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT.

  • Shipping and processing fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers may pay in their local currency (GBP, USD, EUR, etc.).

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other supported options.

  • Payments are securely processed via Shopify or authorized providers; YOURWAY does not store full card details.


4. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.

  • Shipping is available worldwide; customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages if shipped from different fulfillment centers.


5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Statutory Right: Consumers in the UK/EU have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • Goodwill Returns: YOURWAY offers a 30-day return period for non-defective items as a courtesy.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • To return or exchange, contact contact@baby-yourway.com with your order number.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless store credit is requested. A 15% processing fee applies for refunds to the payment method; exchanges and defective item returns do not incur fees.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, YOURWAY will provide a replacement or full refund. Photos or videos may be requested.


6. Product Warranty

  • Products are covered by statutory guarantees:

    • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015: Reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund. Repair or replacement if defects occur later.

  • Parts or products are warranted for 30 days under normal use; external damage is not covered.


7. Liability

  • YOURWAY is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or issues resulting from misuse, improper handling, or equipment incompatibility.

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, carrier delays) release YOURWAY from liability for non-performance during the event.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos) is owned by YOURWAY or licensed to it.

  • Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.


9. Personal Data

  • YOURWAY collects personal information for order processing, customer support, and marketing (with consent).

  • Data is processed according to UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data via contact@baby-yourway.com.

  • Third-party services (Shopify, payment providers) handle data securely; YOURWAY is not responsible for their independent policies.


10. Comments and Reviews

  • Customers may submit feedback; YOURWAY may use, edit, or publish it.

  • Offensive or illegal comments will be removed.


11. SMS and Marketing

  • By opting into SMS or email marketing, customers agree to receive notifications, offers, and order updates.

  • Frequency: Up to 4 SMS/month; messages may vary.

  • Customers can opt-out by replying STOP to SMS or using the unsubscribe link in emails.
