Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened. Please review product descriptions before purchasing.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@baby-yourway.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
